All the sale, discounted and gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and non_exchangable. please go through the size chart carefully for sale product.

*If the size you receive doesn’t fit you properly, you can exchange it for a different size in the same design variant you ordered within 72 hours of product delivery

* * Only the products which are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all its labels and tags intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

We humbly do not accept return requests. However, if yoy receive a wrong item or a product with any manufacturing defect, email us @sjdhdfuh within 72 hours of receiving the order.

* Opening video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory, otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress. we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.

The colour you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

10-12% colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
